Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Walking On a Cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back into their original branded shoe box, then secure the shoe box inside a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
